"Water Tight" smear free topcoat

 

This water based topcoat can be used over 

• stamping for a smear free finish
• foils with no crinkling 
• holo polishes with no loss of holo flame 
  
• pigments and powders

This product has a thin consistency which is strange at first. It's a bit like milk! Aim to wipe all excess product from the brush (as in a dry brushing technique) and to apply a thin coat.

• dries quickly
• applies easily
• long wearing 
• economical thin consistency

Adequate by itself but if you wish you can add your regular topcoat over it.
