Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Are your nail polishes 5-free or cruelty-free?
Absolutely. All Hit the Bottle polishes are 5-free, meaning they do not contain Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP, Formaldehyde Resin, or Camphor. We are also strictly cruelty-free and do not test on animals.
How should I store my stamping polishes to prevent them from drying out?
Store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the neck of the bottle is clean before sealing tightly to maintain the perfect consistency for stamping.
What is your return policy for opened products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used nail polishes. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong shade, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
Can these polishes be used as a regular base color?
While designed for stamping, many of our cremes can be used as a single-coat base color. However, because they are highly pigmented, we always recommend applying a high-quality base coat to prevent staining.
